At Anna Flowers Ceramics, each piece is handcrafted with care and dedication. Please review our shipping details below:

Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 3–5 business days. As each item is made by hand, slight variations in color, shape, and size are to be expected and celebrated.

Shipping Methods:
We ship via USPS Ground Advantage and USPS Priority Mail. Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and the distance from our shipping location in Boulder, CO.

Packaging:
Your ceramic altar will be carefully wrapped in bubble wrap and securely packaged to ensure it arrives safely. We use eco-friendly materials whenever possible.

Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. We currently ship within the United States only.

Tracking Information:
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

Delivery Times:

• Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days

• Expedited Shipping: 1–2 business days (available at checkout)

Order Issues:
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

Address Accuracy:
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or invalid addresses provided at checkout.
